Blue Innovation & Impact Workshop
How can research, innovation and collaboration turn ideas into solutions with real-world impact? Join us at Tjärnö Marine Laboratory for an interactive workshop focused on testing, demonstration and collaboration opportunities within the blue bioeconomy.
The workshop brings together researchers, students, entrepreneurs, companies, public actors and innovation support organisations to explore how ideas, technologies, products and research results can move from concept to testing, demonstration and implementation.
Through inspiration from Tjärnö Marine Laboratory, Testarena Skagerrak, BlåS and GU Ventures, participants will discover available facilities, expertise, innovation support and collaboration opportunities. Together, we will explore current challenges, identify future opportunities and discuss what could become possible when research, industry and innovators work together.
Whether you have a research result looking for impact, a business challenge that needs new knowledge, an idea you want to test, or a solution ready for demonstration, this workshop is an opportunity to find partners, gain insights and explore your next steps.
The workshop is also a starting point for what comes next. Ideas, needs and challenges identified during the day may form the basis for future collaborations, thematic workshops and Blue Challenges focused on specific technologies, sustainability challenges and test or demonstration projects.
