By registering for SorTex 2026, you agree to the following:

Processing of your personal data

The contact information you provide at registration will be available to the event organizers at Wargön Innovation and used solely for:

• managing your participation in SorTex 2026
• sending you practical information before and after the event
• sending follow‑up communication directly related to SorTex 2026
• inviting you to additional SorTex‑related activities or events that take place during the project period

Your personal data will not be used for unrelated marketing or shared with external parties outside the SorTex project, except in cases where you actively choose to share it yourself via event tools (see below).

Event app

If you choose to use the SorTex 2026 event app, you may be given the option to share your contact details with other participants.

This sharing is voluntary and will only take place if you explicitly consent to it within the app.

If you do not give consent in the app, your information will not be visible to other participants.

Photography and documentation

Photography and documentation may occur during SorTex 2026. You agree that Wargön Innovation and the SorTex project may publish images and documentation from the event in their digital channels (e.g. websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

If you appear in an image that you find inappropriate or do not wish to be published, you can contact Wargön Innovation at any time to request its removal.
