About boat charging
Boat charging is relatively new but in many ways it is similar to how we charge electric cars. Charging can be done with high power (fast charging), normal power or with low power (“overnight charging”). Charging can be done from dedicated chargers, shore power outlets and industrial outlets of various kinds, both in home ports and guest ports, but also along quays and piers in other places.

About go:LEIF

Electrification of boating as part of social change is of great importance to several actors, both municipalities, energy companies and marinas. The go:LEIF project (Green transition with charging, electrification and infrastructure for recreational boats) aims for the Skagerrak region to be a pioneer in the transition and at the same time strengthen and develop the regional business community in the sector. This will be done by increasing knowledge and interest among key target groups and testing and demonstrating charging infrastructure. There is much to gain here, not only from being part of the climate transition but also from quietly and peacefully experiencing nature in our shared archipelago.
